Spark To Your Success is delighted to announce that we have been awarded more than £8,000 to deliver four, four-day Careering into the Future programs in Stoke-on-Trent.
This program has been created to bring together young adults who are struggling to find work, or who have unfortunately lost jobs during the pandemic. Careering into the Future aims to help young adults stand out and have that extra spark when it comes to employment, whilst learning more about themselves.
The funding will allow Spark To Your Success to work with 100 people across four programs. However, the benefits are not limited to the people taking part. By helping 100 young individuals, we now have the ability to positively impact 100 families who will benefit from the ripple effects, while 100 employers will find employees who are perfect for their job roles.
Our programme is unlike traditional career programs, as we go above and beyond, offering more than just CV application advice or interview experience. Throughout this program, we will delve into each individual’s interests, talents, skills and attributes, helping them to define who they truly are and what they want to accomplish.
The program gives each person the chance to build their confidence, understand their self-worth, and nurture their ambitions. The program will see the completion of our Ignition! personality profile, which helps us align each person’s purpose and personality with a job that’s ideally suited to their values and passions.
We believe that a job is only a good one when it’s the right fit for the person, which is why this program will help individuals to develop and grow to find their perfect career match. We encourage a positive mindset while identifying the blocks and obstacles of employment and how to overcome and unblock them.
We will also explore money management, personal leadership, teamwork and communication, along with much more, to empower young people to be career ready and prepared for a bright and exciting future of success.
