Applications for Spark to your Success residential now open

We are delighted to announce the dates for our inaugural residential course in August 2022 at an amazing Staffordshire venue.

The Careering into the Future program, open to those aged 17-21, will be held at Standon Bowers on 30th August – 2nd September 2022. 

During the four days teenagers can expect to gain;

• Strategic thinking skills
• Resilience

The course is open to those who want to discover who they truly are with the help of some fantastic youth leaders, fun and active challenges and iit will be both physically and mentally challenging. 

 

As well as being aged between 17 and 21 the young person must live in Stoke-on-Trent or Staffordshire and will also need to:

• Be NEET
• Be NEET and a Looked after Child,
• Be NEET and a Care Leaver
• Be NEET and within the Youth Offending System.
• Have a SEND

 

The group, which will be a maximum of 20 young people, will work to determine what is good leadership, what is poor leadership and your role in a team. Set personal, career and financial goals. To set goals to achieve within the next 6 months / year. To understand the values of a good leader. Positive mindset and understanding your own mindset and behaviours. Team building activities both indoors and out. To build confidence through fun challenges and coaching sessions.
