Applications for Spark to your Success Careering into the Future Programme

We are delighted to be now taking applications for the Careering into the Future course in 2023.

The Careering into the Future program, open to those aged 17-21, will kick off next year.

During the four days young people can build their confidence, understand their self-worth, and nurture their ambitions.

We believe that a job is only a good one when it’s the right fit for the person, which is why this program will help individuals to develop and grow to find their perfect career match. We encourage a positive mindset while identifying the blocks and obstacles of employment and how to overcome and unblock them.

We will also explore money management, personal leadership, teamwork and communication, along with much more, to empower young people to be career ready and prepared for a bright and exciting future of success.
