Ignition! The Core of Our Work
At the heart of all we do is Ignition!, a unique journey of self-discovery, created by our director TeeJay Dowe. This transformative programme provides the foundation for all our empowerment coaching, group sessions, and training.
Ignition! combines coaching, training, and exploration to help young people:
Through tools like the Boarding Pass and Passport, Ignition! guides young people step by step, marking each achievement as a milestone on their journey. Whether it’s helping a young person navigate tough times or guiding a professional to better connect with those they support, Ignition! transforms challenges into opportunities.
